Hypnosis is a state of mind that we naturally experience in our everyday life. When you read a good book or watch a great movie and become completely lost within them. The same can happen when you are driving from one place to another. Hypnosis is simply a focused state of concentration. The difference between this and what happens with me, as your hypnotist, is that I guide you into this focused state of relaxation.

Hypnosis is a way to go within in much the same way meditation works, you will not lose consciousness.  At any time you can make the choice to come back the fact is that you will feel so comfortable that you will be happy to stay in that state of mind. Hypnosis is like having a rejuvenating, relaxing rest. Hypnosis is a powerful tool, which can create change in a positive and safe environment.  I will always talk to you first about what we are going to do, answer any questions you may have.
